Chris Moody:
I began my addiction to decoying in 1998 with a chance meeting with my friend Keith Jobe in Amarillo,TX who was doing french ring. I am originally from Houston,TX, but moved to Lubbock where I studied art at Texas Tech University. I decided to move to Amarillo in 1998 to study nursing, at the university. I now teach art at (glass blowing).
My decoying career soon started in French Ring when I moved to Amarillo in 1998. In the year 2000 I was certified under Valladon as a Mondioring decoy. Then I decided I wanted to certify in French Ring, which I was in 2001. Over the years decoying has become much more than I ever thought. I have meet many people through the years who I now see to be some my closest friends. Decoying for me, changed my life forever. I hope to spend many more years decoying and enjoying the company of my four legged friends.
